Dear Ryan,
I have been telling you week in and week out how much I love what you have done to our backyard. Verbal words
are great but, as a business person, I realize how much more powerful written words are for your business.
After the harshest winter Denver has experienced in many, many years, our two Siberian Huskies had made a mess
of our backyard and, truthfully, it was time for a "facelift". We had no concept as to what we wanted to do with the
yard - other than re-sod and fix our sprinkler system. Luckily we met the "expert"! Ryan was able to come in, give us
ideas to compliment our yard and make it Husky friendly. To add to it, he and his crew were diligent and
professional the entire time they worked at our house - so much so that our neighbor commented on how impressed
she was with them. Best yet, Ryan kept us informed as to his target completion date when we had weather delays
AND completed on time! In the days when many have delay and no-show experiences with contracted work,
needless to say we were extremely pleased with our landscaping experience!
Best of all, this was the most enjoyable summer that I can remember. It was so relaxing to sit in our back-
yard looking at the green grass, flowering plants, beautifully groomed yard, and most of all watching our
dogs play and roll around!
Lastly, my husband was so pleased with what you did that he was bragging about our backyard to friends
who recently had you do some work for them. They, too, keep telling me how pleased they are and how
impressed they were with you and your crew. It is always comforting to know that I have a good, qualified
landscaper to be able to refer to my friends, family and customers.
